Where Mountain Air Meets Culinary Artistry

Fresh. Local. Unforgettable. That's what we're all about up here.

Chef at Work

Taste the Mountains, Really

Look, we're not gonna throw fancy words at you. Our chef, Marcus, he's been cooking in these mountains for 15 years and knows every farmer, forager, and fisherman within 100 clicks.

What lands on your plate? That's the good stuff - wild-caught salmon from local waters, mushrooms picked that morning from secret spots Marcus won't even tell us about, and vegetables so fresh they practically walked here themselves.

The menu changes with whatever's at its peak. Could be wild berries in summer, game in fall, root veggies come winter. It's honestly how mountain dining should be - connected to where you are and what's actually growing around you.

Wine Selection

Wine List Worth Talking About

We've got around 200 bottles down in the cellar - mostly BC and Pacific Northwest stuff because honestly, why ship from halfway across the world when we've got incredible vineyards right here?

Okanagan reds, Fraser Valley whites, some Oregon pinots that'll blow your mind. Our sommelier, Jean-Pierre (yeah, he's the real deal), he can pair anything with anything.

Not into wine? We've got craft beers from Whistler breweries and a cocktail menu that changes faster than the weather up here.

7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Start your day right with mountain views and seriously good coffee. Pancakes are legendary, just saying.

Lighter fare, killer sandwiches, and the patio's open when weather cooperates (which is more often than you'd think).

This is where the magic happens. Dress code's smart casual - we're fancy but not stuffy, y'know?

Private Dining & Events

Got something special cooking? Anniversary, business dinner, family reunion - we can section off part of the restaurant or even close the whole place for the right occasion.

Custom menus, wine pairings, the works. Marcus loves doing these because he gets to really show off and try stuff that wouldn't normally make it on the regular menu.

Seats anywhere from 12 to 60 depending on how you want it set up. Worth chatting with our events team if you're planning something big.
